Women and The World

Please join us in celebration of the 100th Anniversary of International Women’s Day for a benefit for Center for Domestic Peace, home of Marin Abused Women’s Services.

Produced in collaboration with the United Nations Association - San Francisco, Marin and the Sonoma chapters, this performance art event will include, along with international recorded messages from teens, a small ensemble of actors who will render stories told by volunteer members of the audience into theatrical representations of resilience and visions of social justice for women and girls. A solo performance by Deborah French Frisher, artistic director for the evening, leads the audience into the celebratory experience, which ends with a send-out by a local teen reggae band.

Reserved Seats Contact:  Center for Domestic Peace (415) 457-2464 to reserve a seat. It might sell out!
