What started in 1998 as the Grand Opening Party for Larry the Hat’s Famous 4 Men and Women’s Clothing Store has become a landmark event. The original Mill Valley Community Block Party is back for the 14Th year celebrating all that makes our town one of the best places to live and visit in the USA.
This year’s party will benefit KIDDO! Music, Art and PE programs in our schools. As always, there will be fantastic live music featuring the great, Tim Hockenberry, Bonnie Hayes, Lloyd Meadows (Zydeco Flames) The Treble Makers, Besa Negro and some very, very special guests. This is a kid friendly event. Steve and Kate’s Camp will provide kids’ games and fun.
New this year: Fashion Show and Beer Garden! Lagunitas Brewing and The Mill Valley Beer Works are sponsoring the Beer Garden. Fashions provided by Alpha Dog, Carolina Boutique, Famous4, Margaret O’Leary, Showroom and The Store.
