Singers Marin presents Youth Choruses Spring Concert: "Sun & Fun"

Singers Marin's combined youth choruses will present their annual spring concert ,"Sun & Fun", on Sunday, May 20th at 3:00 p.m. at the IDESST (Portuguese Hall), 511 Caledonia Street in Sausalito. Led by Artistic Director, Jan Pedersen Schiff, and youth conductor, Amanda Morando, the concert will feature each of the ensembles singing separately and together.  Opening with  "Sumer is icumen in", a 13th century round sung in Old English, and closing with the medley,"Aquarius / Let the Sunshine In", from the musical "Hair," the program is guaranteed to uplift and delight! Tickets for adults are $15; Students/Seniors are $10, $5 for children under 10 and $35 for a family of 4.  They may be purchased on line at www.singersmarin.org.
