Ronnie Lee Twist and the Future Cats

After playing country music for many years in Nashville, Tennessee with just about everyone in the business at one time or another, Ronnie Lee Twist decided, in 2009, to go back to what he loves best. The Rockabilly Sound of early greats like Johnny Cash, Elvis, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins and all the artist that made the 50's a great time to be a singer.  With songs ranging from early Sun Records artists, to The Stray Cats, Ronnie Lee Twist and the Future Cats is Rockabilly Done Right!  True to the original style, but with a special "Twist" as Ronnie Lee adds his own unique style to the greatest music ever recorded.

Endorsed by the Rockabilly Hall of Fame (www.rockabillyhall.com) Ronnie has played for Rockabilly Week at Viva Las Vegas, and has also been a big part of Elvis Week, performing his award winning tribute to Johnny Cash, simply called "Cash."

Ronnie Lee Twist is from Marin County. He graduated from Redwood High School in 1977.  He is coming home for a limited engagement. Don't miss it!  It's been 6 years since Ronnie has played in Marin, and it may be a while until he gets back this way!
