142 Throckmorton Theatre and Marin Youth Performers Present " Les Miserables "

Les Miserables – the legendary musical tells the epic story of struggle against adversity in 19th century France.  Pursued by the relentless Inspector Javert, ex-felon Jean Valjean strives to build an honest life as he cares for his adopted daughter amidst the soaring historical backdrop of 19th century France, and culminating in the Paris student uprising of 1832.  Featuring an ensemble cast of characters struggling for redemption and revolution, this soaring musical masterpiece features such songs as, “I Dreamed a Dream”, “On My Own”, “Do You Hear the People Sing”, “Stars” and “Castle on a Cloud”.

MATURE THEMES: Les Misérables deals with some mature themes including death, crime, prostitution, occasional mature language and sexual innuendo, and therefore may not be suitable for all audiences. 

142 Throckmorton Theatre's youth division, Marin Youth Performers, provides affordable, engaging and educational theatrical experiences for young people of all backgrounds, ages and abilities and produces high quality theatrical productions with performers of exceptional skill and talent.
