Garden Faire, April 27

Keep Growing and Garden On! Come celebrate the Grand Re-Opening of the
Mill Valley Children's Garden at Edna Maguire Elementary School in
Mill Valley. Mark your calendars and join us on Sunday, April 27th as
we host our annual Garden Faire from 12-4 p.m.

Visitors will find old favorites such as a fairy house and wreath
making, potion making, bobbing for apples, and more. Other offerings
include feather hair extensions, face painting, and henna tattoos.
And, back by popular demand is the pie eating contest and the Edna
Maguire Bake-Off. Pastry chefs with desserts of all kinds are
encouraged to apply. To enter the bake-off, contact Suzanne Alpert,
suzanne_alpert@yahoo.com.

This year, we are excited to announce a private foundation will match
dollar-for-dollar up to $10,000 to benefit the Mill Valley Children's
Garden.

Don't miss this popular open-air festival featuring live music,
hands-on arts and crafts, artisan specialty foods, an organic plant
sale, and more. Admission is free. Tickets will be on sale at the
faire for activities and food. Credit cards accepted; 100% of the
proceeds go to the Mill Valley Children's Garden. For festival
information, call (415) 389-7733, or visit ednamaguire.org.
