Controversy continues over adult massage parlor located in Mill Valley

A newspaper has sparked huge controversy over an adult massage parlor in Mill Valley. Royalty Spa 314 Miller Ave, Mill Valley CA 94941 also known by Loyalty Spa, is located on a main street in Mill Valley. Owner Soon Shin has been arrested on two counts of prostitution in the past and also previously owned a spa in L.A. that was closed down a few years for a worker who was caught offering "sexual services" for a rather large tip. Records indicate she has now been the owner of Royalty Spa for 3 years. 
Royalty Spa has been robbed at gun point back in May 2012. A reviewer of Mill Valley patch from May 2012 suggested "massage parlors of dubious nature and/or brothels are frequently robbed because they are likely to have more cash on hand. They are also less likely to report it to the police if they are involved in illicit activity."

Controversy over the spa continues as users debate over the subject whether or not this establishment "engages in illegal prostitution." Opinions of users argue of if this place is actually doing "harm to the community" or whether it is providing an actual "service to men". Royalty Spa has been reported as an adult massage parlor at a number of sites that reportedly list establishments that offer sex services. For instance, rubmaps.com, which features an interactive map of adult massage parlors and user-submitted reviews of masseuses and sex services, has a listing for Royalty Spa, as does a site called NaughtyReviews.com, Backpage.Com, and MyRedBook.Com. A Yelp reviewer from December 2011 suggested that Royalty Spa was a “shameless, disguised brothel.”
