Binge Eating Recovery Groups

Binge eating describes recurring episodes of eating large amounts of food in a short period of time without a sense of control. Someone with binge eating disorder may eat too quickly, even when he or she is not hungry.  They may have feelings of guilt, embarrassment, or disgust and may binge eat alone to hide the behavior.

Try a program that can stop the cycle of yoyo- dieting and self-destructive eating behavior and help begin a healthier life.
